Oath Pledge and Colors Approval

To become a member of the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club (MC), individuals must adhere to a specific process outlined below:

Oath Pledge Requirement

All prospective and current members are required to pledge an oath to uphold the organization’s standards and requirements.

Approval for Colors

Approval for colors, or patches, must be granted by one of the following authorized members:

– Current Buffalo Soldiers Post Commander or Vice Commander
– Current Regional Nomad Commander

These individuals hold positions within the Buffalo Soldiers MC organization and are responsible for approving color requests.

Background Investigation

Prospective members undergo a background investigation as per the requirements set by the approving Buffalo Soldiers Post or Regional Nomad Commander.

Membership Approval

Once approved, individuals are welcomed into the Buffalo Soldiers MC family.

Fraternity and Unity

All members, regardless of the specific Buffalo Soldiers organization they belong to, are considered brothers or sisters. The commitment to representing the original Buffalo Soldiers unites members as family.

Submission Requirements for Colors

All Color sets require a completed and signed Oath Pledge and Order form, approved by the Buffalo Soldiers Post Commander or Nomad Commander where membership was granted.

Ordering Process

Senior staff members initiate the order for Colors upon approval and receipt of payment.

Payment and Welcoming

Payment for Colors is required before dispatch, and upon approval, individuals are welcomed into the nationwide Buffalo Soldiers MC community.

For further inquiries, please contact the Post Commanders of the respective Buffalo Soldiers Post where membership and Color’s Patch were approved.

Color Orders Approval Protocol

To ensure compliance and smooth processing, all color orders require approval and signature by specific authorities:

– For members within a local post:

    – Orders must be approved and signed by your Post Commander (PC) or Deputy Post Commander (DPC).

– For Nomads:

    – Orders must be approved and signed by a Regional Commander (RC) or US Commander (USC) or Deputy US Command (DUSC).

Important Note:

If you haven’t received prior approval from the USC or DUSC, please disregard the “Pay Later” option.

Upon approval of your membership, please complete the provided color order form and submit it to your respective command for approval. Once approved, your membership card will be processed accordingly.

If the print on your form is illegible, your membership card will probably not be sent. Once we receive the approved form and the payment for patch colors and cards, they will be dispatched to your Commander unless you instruct otherwise. Nomads will have their cards and patch colors sent to the address provided on their form unless they specify otherwise.
