The Toledo post of The Buffalo Soldiers MC celebrated Ohio Buffalo Soldier Day as designated by Governor Mike DeWine on July 28^th of each year. In 2024 members from other posts joined with Toledo Buffalo Soldiers and supporters at Wilson Park. The event was marked with  presentations from Rep Marcy Kaptur and Maj Gen John Haris of Ohio National Guard.
